There’s something magical about welcoming a newborn into the world, and capturing those precious moments is a privilege that I had during Thiago’s cozy in-home lifestyle newborn photo session in the heart of Dallas, TX.
One of the things I love most about in-home sessions is the unique opportunity it provides to weave the family’s story into the photographs. Thiago’s nursery was decorated in soft shades of blue and gray and thoughtful touches and personal items that made it truly special. From the cute mobile hanging above the crib to the books and plush teddy bears lining the shelves it was a perfect backdrop for his newborn photo session.
What made this session particularly heartwarming was the inclusion of sentimental items that held deep family connections. That adorable teddy bear you see Thiago cuddling with was his father’s when he was a young boy! I was very impressed with the perfect condition it was in after all these years. It was important to this family to tastefully incorporate a special framed photograph of one of Thiago’s grandfathers that is no longer alive and I think we successfully accomplished that.
Thiago’s lifestyle newborn session was woven together with the threads of personal mementos and the unconditional love that surrounded him.
